Combined kitchen and dinner
This kitchen is 35 square meters and required a complete rewire and removal of all old circuits, it also has under floor heating, controlled by two thermostats. it has a total of 24 spot lights, under counter and plinth lights, central dining hanging light, outside up and down lights with PIR near door entry and 25mm soffit spots. it also has a rising pole centre island power point with USB charging points and lots more.
Bathroom
This bathroom required a supply for an electric mirror, electric tooth brush charger and the shower was a boiler fed, but required electricity for ELV switching. The lighting layout was four spot lights and a fan with an overrun supply and 25mm spots for sunk in shelves.
Home office
A project that involved a new supply from the main DB to a sub DB that was protected by 30mA RCD to supply sockets inside, IP rated sockets for outside use, electric wall heater, lights for inside, 25mm soffit lights and garden down lighters.
